Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me. -1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. -2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due. -3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me. -4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection). -5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:335 (islam)
-Does it mean before Mohamed, the Caliph wasn't entitled to part of the war booty?
- Are there slaves in War booty?
- Does it mean Islam is meant for every one?
- How can Muslim spread this religion to everyone?
- Is it possible without jihad?
And know that anything you obtain of war booty - then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our Servant on the day of criterion - the day when the two armies met. And Allah, over all things, is competent. - Quran:Al-Anfal 8:41 (islam)
-Why does Allah need the money?
- Could the war booty consist of War captives?
- Is it moral to attack and then cease the wealth of the victims?
And what Allah restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns - it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and orphans and the [stranded] traveler - so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty. - Quran:Al-Hashr 59:7 (islam)

- Can you be a good Muslim without following Mohamed?

Chapter: One who frees his share in a slave
'Imran b. Husain reported that a person who had no other property emancipated six slaves of his at the time of his death. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) called for them and divided them into three sections, cast lots amongst them, and set two free and kept four in slavery; and he (the Holy Prophet) spoke severely of him. - Sahih:Muslim:1668a (islam)
-Is Mohamed for Slavery or Against?
- Why does Mohamed spoke severely of the owner?
- Was Slavery supposed to be forbidden by Mohamed?
Chapter: Regarding One Who Manumits Slaves Of His That Exceed One Third Of His Property
'Imran b. Hussain said:
A man who had no other property emancipated six slaves of his at the time of the death. When the Prophet (ﷺ) was informed about it, he spoke severely of him. He then called them, divided them into three sections, cast lots among them, and emancipated two and kept four in slavery. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:3958 (islam)
Chapter: Offering The Funeral Prayer For One Who Was Unjust In His Bequests.
It was narrated from 'Imran bin Husain that:
a man freed six slaves of his when he was dying, and he did not have any wealth apart from them. News of that reached the Prophet and he was angry about that. He said: "I was thinking of not offering the funeral prapyer for him." Then he called the slaves and divided them into three groups. He cast lost among them, then freed two and left four as slaves. - Sahih:An Nasai:1958 (islam)
-Isn't it forbidden to draw lots?
- Is it Sunnah not to respect the will of a dead person in this way?
